What SETT Hub is

SETT Hub is the self-service booking platform at booking.s-e-t-t.com. It’s the daily-use tool for travel agencies and tour operators who need to search, price and confirm hotel rooms, transfers, and activities at net B2B rates without going through an operations team.

It runs on the WBE platform — the same booking engine used across the SETT supplier network — connected to direct hotel contracts, GIATA-mapped MultiCodes inventory, and partner integrations through Travelgate, PaxConnect/PaxLounge, Hyperguest and Rubos.

Who Hub is for

Hub is for the fast cases:

  • FIT bookings — single rooms, small parties, last-minute requests
  • Small groups — under 10 rooms, where contingent management isn’t needed
  • Transfers and activities — airport pickups, port transfers, day excursions
  • Last-minute event coverage — when a corporate client adds two days at the last minute

The operations team and the quote desk are for the complex cases — groups above 10 rooms, multi-property allotments, events with ticket allocations, anything where a human needs to read the brief.

Most agency partners use both. Hub for the day-to-day flow, quote desk for the high-value group business.

What’s inside

Inventory. 2.7 million properties across 195 countries. Hotels are categorised by chain, brand, star rating, and rate plan. Where SETT holds direct contracts (sports event destinations, key fair cities, festival weekends), those rates surface as preferred. Where we don’t, the platform pulls from connected supplier feeds in real time.

Search and filter. Standard hotel filters — location, dates, room type, occupancy, board basis, cancellation policy — plus B2B-specific ones: net rate visibility, commission display, supplier-of-record marker.

Confirmation flow. Instant confirmation for the majority of inventory. The minority that requires hotel reconfirmation is flagged before booking and confirmed within hours.

Multi-currency, multi-language. EUR, USD, GBP, CHF and others. UI in English and German out of the box.

Booking management. Cancellations, modifications, and rooming-list updates handled through the same account, with operations-team escalation when needed.

How an agency gets access

  1. Request access. Use the partner signup link. The operations team verifies your agency status — IATA, BAR, or equivalent trade credentials, plus a quick check of business profile.
  2. Account activation. Most accounts are activated within one business day.
  3. Login at booking.s-e-t-t.com. First login walks through profile, payment method, and basic preferences.
  4. First search. You can run a live search and see rates immediately. There’s no training requirement — the interface is designed for trade users who already know how to read a hotel rate plan.

Hub vs the quote desk — when to use which

You should useWhen
SETT Hub (self-service)FIT, < 10 rooms, single property, no event component, you have all client details
Quote desk (operations team)10+ rooms, multi-property, allotments, events, complex itinerary, long lead time

There is no penalty for using one over the other. Most active agencies fluctuate between them depending on the request.

Where SETT Hub fits in your supplier stack

If you already run two or three B2B hotel platforms, SETT Hub is most useful as the supplier you reach for when:

  • The other platforms don’t have the destination
  • You need a sports/event city during a peak weekend
  • You want a net rate benchmark before sending a group request to the operations team
  • You’re booking transfers alongside the hotel and want one invoice

We don’t expect to be your only platform on day one. We expect to be on the short list when a request demands a supplier that does both volume and depth.

Next step

If you don’t have a SETT Hub login yet, request B2B access and the operations team will activate your account within one business day. If you already have one, the most useful test is to run your next live search through Hub alongside your current platform and compare the rates and inventory.
